This is a no nonsense week of intensive training from Monday Feb 17th to Fri Feb 21st. 2 hours a day, for five days. There is a maximum of 4 pairs in every session to ensure you and your partner get the attention, training time and coaching you need. You will make absolutely ludicrous progress in this short amount of time.
Each session will involve a brief technique warm up specific to the needs of your partnership, focused training with lines & crash mats on skills of your choice (or my crazy ideas), drills and exercises to improve your duos weak spots and individualized prehab & rehab exercises to keep your bodies happy & healthy.
Due to the amount of interest there will be two sessions, a daytime (12pm to 2pm) session and an evening session (7pm - 9pm). If you are an absolute acrobatic maniac, you can absolutely do both sessions for a total of 20 hours of training that week.
The price for 10 hours of training is only $450 per pair. Holy shit. That is some exceptional value for money.
