For the United States of America, orders over $25 will qualify for free Standard Shipping. You can always opt to pay extra for faster shipping. 

Otherwise there are two options: 

Standard Shipping - USPS Priority Mail / USPS First Class - Your order will arrive within 3 - 5 business days of purchase, and is handled by USPS. There will be a small charge for shipping, typically between $2 and $6. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via the cheaper of the two options,  but, you know, for free. Shipping is a complicated beast, and we've included both these options as depending on your order size and address one will be cheaper and quicker than the other. So you get to pick your favorite of the two. 

1 Day / Overnight - If you choose 1 Day / Overnight as long as your order is placed before 12pm EST it will go out that same night and should arrive the following day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed and ship the following day and can be expected the day after that. These orders are handled by Fedex. 

Your order first has to go through some trials, rites of passage and light hazing before it's able to get sent out. Only the best of the best get shipped.  

Once you've placed your order it will be automatically processed by our system, you'll receive a confirmation email and your order details will be sent to our warehouse.

The warehouse will package and prepare your order and hand it off to the delivery service you chose. 

At this point you'll receive another email with shipping confirmation information and a tracking number. Your tracking number will give you an estimated arrival date for your order. 

Then it's up to you to sit patiently by the door or refreshing the tracking page, eagerly awaiting your game-changing delivery of AcroGrip.

Our deliveries do not require a signiture. 

Most packages are delivered to the mail box or the front door of the address provided. If you have other packages delivered all the time with no problems, you'll be absolutely fine. If you're worried that there isn't a good place to leave packages at your address, or you know delivery services have had trouble in the past I suggest using a shipping address where you know someone will be there or be available to accept it (a work, circus school or friends address).

First of all, don't panic. Breathe. It's all gonna be fine. 

If you've only just placed the order send us an email at contact@standingacrobatics.com straight away and we can go and pull some strings with our friends in high places and get it sorted. 

If you've received the shipping confirmation email and your order is already on the way, you'll need to contact the shipping service directly as there's nothing we can do at that point. With the information in the shipping confirmation email, you should be able to change the final address with the delivery service. 

We aren't able to issue refunds or re-orders for orders that were shipped to the wrong address. 

For our friends up North, orders over $40 will qualify for free shipping. 

Otherwise there are two options:

Standard Shipping - Your order will arrive within 21 days of purchase. There will be a flat fee of $8 per bottle until your order total is $40 or more, where free shipping will kick in. 

Expedited Shipping - Your order should arrive within 7 - 10 days of purchase. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note, this is only available for orders up to 3 bottles.
